If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we encourage you to inform us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Your information is securely stored and is in line with the ‘integrity and confidentiality principle of the GDPR’ otherwise known as the security principle. Our website is certified and protected by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This ensures that your information is secure. Whilst we endeavour to make sure that your data is secure with us, we are unable to guarantee the safety of all data that is submitted to us.

We keep the personal identifiers and contact details of our customers for 3 months. We will then dispose of your information by removing your stored data from our company’s logs and databases.
